I didn’t build this from a textbook, Protocol, or A Trend. I built this while raising children, Navigating burnout cycles, rebuilding my health, Studying, growing a baby, oh and trying to create sustainable change for myself, in real life.
This came from years of studying human behavior, nervous system patterns, NLP, holistic health, herbalism, human design, habit formation, Neurodivergence, real-life experience and the reality that No two people operate the same.
It took a lot of tweaking because the reality is if you Don't know why you're crashing, it will keep happening no matter what you do.
I thought I was doing all the “right” things
the supplements, the cleanses, the promises that this one would change everything.
For a long time, I believed the answer was more. More discipline. More protocols. More doing. But more wasn’t the solution.
