Personalized Blueprints

Wholi You Personalized Blueprints are individually created using information you provide during the ordering and intake process.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information. Because your Blueprint is personalized using the information submitted, inaccuracies or omissions may affect the finished product.

Personalized Blueprints are intended for your individual educational and personal use.

Digital Products & Delivery

Digital products and personalized materials are generally delivered electronically to the email address provided during purchase or made available through the applicable Wholi You platform.

Any delivery timeframe stated on our website is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking spam, promotions, or similar folders if an expected delivery is not immediately visible.

Payments

Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are subject to change for future purchases.

By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the amount displayed at checkout.

Personalized Products & Refunds

Because Personalized Blueprints and other customized products are created specifically for the individual purchaser, sales of personalized digital products are final once personalization or creation has begun.

If you believe you received the wrong product, did not receive your purchase, or experienced a technical problem with your order, please contact [email protected] so we can make it right.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.

Other Digital Products

Unless otherwise stated on the individual offer or checkout page, purchases of immediately accessible downloadable digital products are final once access or delivery has been provided.

Memberships & Recurring Payments

If you purchase a recurring Wholi You membership or subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the price and frequency disclosed at checkout until the membership is canceled.

You may cancel future renewals according to the cancellation instructions provided with the applicable membership.

Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not ordinarily refund charges already processed unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased materials for your own personal use.
